A quick trivia game for a short break

A spare minute is enough to answer something interesting. Play a few questions at your own pace, or choose a timed challenge when you want a definite finish.

Match the game to the time you have

An unpredictable wait: Use Freeplay from Home. There is no round timer, so you can read an explanation or stop after a few questions.
About a minute: Modes includes 30-second and one-minute challenges. Read the rules before you start; these reward answering under time pressure.
Five minutes: Modes also includes a five-minute challenge. Allow time to enter the game and look at your result as well as the round itself.

Start without making it a project

Open Home for Freeplay or Modes for the list of challenges. You do not need to learn the names in advance: each option explains what ends the round and how you play. Pick one, answer the question on screen, and see how you did.

Freeplay is free with a daily question allowance. The additional timed game modes require Premium. You can still use a short Freeplay session for a quick break without choosing a timed mode.

Leave time for the interesting part

Speed is only one way to enjoy trivia. If an answer surprises you, open its explanation. A short session can be three thoughtful questions instead of a race through as many as possible.

When you are waiting for work to finish, choose Freeplay so the game does not set the length of your break. For a group that is already together, Party is the place to set up a shared round.
