Try trivia you can see

Recognizing something can feel very different from recalling its name. Picture trivia adds visual questions to the mix, from flags to the shapes of places.

Mix pictures in or focus on them

Pictures alongside text
The Freeplay card’s settings include an Image questions switch. When enabled, pictures can appear alongside text questions; every question is not guaranteed to be an image.
An all-picture challenge
Modes includes a game where every question is a picture, drawing from the available image sets.
Flags and outlines
Modes also has focused picture challenges for recognizing flags and country or state shapes. Read each game’s description before choosing.

Look first, then compare the choices

Take a moment to notice the distinctive details of the image before choosing an answer. In a flag, that might be the arrangement of colors; in an outline, it might be a coastline or a familiar border shape. The answer choices help you compare possibilities.

For a relaxed introduction, keep image questions enabled in Freeplay. You will get a mixture rather than a continuous picture test, and you can open explanations as you go. Adjust the difficulty if you want to change the challenge.

Before you start

Pictures need to be available on your device. An internet connection is needed to load images that have not been downloaded yet. The game will tell you if a picture mode cannot start because its images are unavailable.

Freeplay is free with a daily question allowance. The dedicated picture modes require Premium. You can compare all of them in Modes without being sent into an unfamiliar game from this page.
