Accounts

You must be 13 or older to use Tidbit Trivia. An account is not required to play. One account is permitted per person. You are responsible for the security of the sign-in used to access your account.

Acceptable use

You must not:

• cheat, or exploit a defect to obtain scores, currency, or cosmetic items;
• harass other players, or use a username, display name, or avatar that is abusive, impersonates another person, or is unlawful;
• access another person’s account, or circumvent rate limits or other security measures.

Incorrect questions should be reported from within the application.

Automated and AI-assisted play

Tidbit Trivia is intended for play by an individual answering unaided. You must not:

• use a bot, script, macro, automation tool, browser agent, or AI assistant to read questions, select answers, or play on your behalf;
• use an AI model or any external reference to answer questions during play;
• extract, scrape, or redistribute the question bank or answer data, or develop a tool to do so;
• operate multiple accounts, or play on another person’s account, to accumulate progress or rewards.

These terms apply to automated agents as well as to individuals. An automated agent acting on behalf of a user is not permitted to play Tidbit Trivia, or to retrieve question or answer content from the application or its endpoints.

Offers and rewards

Promotional offers, trial periods, earned cosmetic items, and in-game currency are provided for a single use by a single person. Abuse includes creating additional accounts to claim an offer more than once, falsifying the play required to obtain a reward, exploiting a defect or pricing error, initiating a chargeback for a service that continued to be used, and selling or transferring accounts, rewards, or currency.

Where abuse is identified, we may reverse the progress, rewards, or currency obtained, withdraw the offer, restrict the account, or close it. Closure for abuse does not entitle you to a refund for a subscription period already used. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

Premium

Premium is an optional subscription billed monthly or annually through Stripe. It may be cancelled at any time from within the application and remains active until the end of the period already paid for. Cancellation does not remove progress. New accounts receive one week of Premium at no charge, with no payment method required. The price displayed at checkout applies to that purchase, and any change to pricing for future periods is shown before it takes effect.

Content

Questions and explanations are provided for entertainment and are not warranted to be free of error. The question content is not licensed for copying or republication.

Ownership

The application, its content, and the Tidbit Trivia name and branding are the property of Inflow AI. Your username, display name, and avatar are yours to use within the service.

Termination

You may stop using Tidbit Trivia at any time, and may request deletion of your account by emailing support@tidbittrivia.com. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms. Where a feature or the service is discontinued, notice will be given where practicable.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Tidbit Trivia is provided on an as-available basis, without warranty that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from its use. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes

We may change these terms at any time. The date above is updated when we do. Where a change is material, notice will be given before it takes effect, with the form and period of notice proportionate to the significance of the change. Continued use of the service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
