Delete your Tidbit Trivia account
You can delete your Tidbit Trivia account and its data at any time, in the app or here on the website. Tidbit Trivia is operated by Inflow AI.
Delete it yourself
- Open tidbittrivia.com in any browser, the Android app, or Tidbit Trivia in Discord. If your account is linked to Google, Microsoft or an email address, sign in with it. An account you never linked is on the device you played on; an account made in Discord opens in Discord.
- Open Settings and tap Manage next to Account.
- At the bottom, tap Delete account, then Delete account again to confirm. If you sign in with a password, you'll be asked for it.
Your name, picture and sign-ins are removed straight away, and the rest of your data within a day. If you have Premium, it ends at once and you won't be charged again. The time left on a subscription, or a Lifetime purchase, is not refunded.
Can't sign in?
Email support@tidbittrivia.com from the address linked to your account and ask us to delete it. We'll email the address on your account to confirm it's you, then delete it within 30 days and tell you when it's done.
An account you never linked can only be deleted from the device it's on, because we have no other way to know it's yours.
What we delete
Your account and everything in it: your username, display name and picture, your sign-in links, your answers and statistics, Quills, items and achievements, your Arena season rewards and the reports you made, your friends and the rooms you own, your study decks and their pictures, your Premium and the card details on it, and the usage data tied to your account.
What we keep
- Records other players depend on: the games they played with you, and your Arena matches and the rating they gave you. Your place in them shows as "Deleted player", with nothing that identifies you.
- Payment records that Stripe, our payment processor, has to keep by law.
- A short record of any Premium subscription or Lifetime purchase: Stripe's reference numbers for it, the plan, its dates and any terms you agreed to. No card details.
- A scrambled fingerprint of any card used for a free trial, so each card gets one trial.
- Scrambled sign-in records, until they expire (at most 90 days), so every device you used learns the account is gone, and scrambled counters that stop abuse.
- Backups, for up to 30 days, after which the data is gone from them too.
