Tidbit Trivia is a free online trivia game, and with Premium, Freeplay also works offline: multiple-choice questions with an explanation after every answer.

Play once while you are connected, so your device can get your questions ready. After that, Freeplay keeps going with no internet connection, and your answers sync when you are back online.

Offline play covers Freeplay. Arena, Higher or Lower, parties and the other modes need a connection. Premium costs $5 a month or $48 a year.
